Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is an advanced short course that focuses on the systematic and continuous collection, analysis, and use of information to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of development projects, programs, and policies. This course aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to design, implement, and manage M&E systems in various sectors, such as healthcare, education, agriculture, and governance.
