ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Master of Science in Cybersecurity (MCS) program at Nexus International University prepares students for the growing global demand for cybersecurity experts in response to increasing digital threats. The curriculum balances core topics—such as network security, cryptography, and ethical hacking—with emerging areas like AI in cybersecurity, blockchain, and cloud security. Hands-on labs, simulations, and a capstone project ensure students gain practical, job-ready skills.
To accommodate working professionals, the program offers flexible online and hybrid learning formats. This enables learners to study while managing personal and professional commitments. Students benefit from a multidisciplinary, interactive learning environment that fosters innovation and problem-solving.

Upon successful completion of the Master of Science in Cybersecurity program, graduates will be able to:

Admissions Requirements
The admission process is designed to identify candidates who demonstrate the potential for academic excellence, leadership, and professional growth. To be admitted to the programme, an applicant is required to possess:
- A minimum of lower second-class degree from a recognized institution in fields related to ICT, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Technology, Business, Social Sciences, and Development Studies.
- Adequate knowledge of computers, and access to a reliable computer and Internet connection, and preferably owning a laptop.
- A pass mark of 50 in the NIU Graduate Admission Test may be required.
