Description

A practical 8–10 week certificate that equips fundraising teams, programme leads and executive directors with strategies and systems to diversify funding, write competitive proposals and manage donor grants to compliance and impact.

● Fundraising strategy and pipeline development: donor mapping, prospecting and relationship management.
● Proposal development: theory of change, logical frameworks, budgets and results articulation.
