Description
This course teaches modern procurement practice and warehouse operations that stop stockouts, reduce waste and close the gap between procurement and programme delivery. Practical sessions cover tendering, inventory modelling and warehouse layout for faster, safer handling.

3. Inventory Management Techniques — EOQ, safety stock, ABC/FSN analysis.
4. Warehouse Design and Operations — layout, receiving, picking, dispatch and security.
5. Stock Control and Loss Prevention — cycle counts, reconciliation, fraud detection.
6. Warehouse Systems and Automation — WMS basics, barcode systems, reporting.
