A practical 8–10 week certificate that gives non-finance managers the essential financial skills to interpret accounts, manage budgets, and make financially informed decisions. The course demystifies accounting and finance concepts with practical tools for everyday managerial use.

● Financial statement literacy: reading income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
