Description
A practical 8–10 week certificate that trains accountants, finance officers and small business owners to implement and operate leading computerised accounting systems—QuickBooks, Tally—and core ERP finance modules. The course focuses on setup, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting and internal controls in digital accounting environments.

● System selection and setup: chart of accounts, company configuration and user roles.
● QuickBooks fundamentals: invoicing, bank feeds, reconciliations and VAT reporting.
● Tally essentials: ledgers, inventory integration, GST/VAT compliance and statutory reports.
● ERP finance basics: AP/AR, general ledger, fixed assets and month-end close workflows.
● Automation and integrations: bank imports, payroll interfaces and POS connectivity.
● Internal controls in digital systems: segregation of duties, audit trails and access management.
